Is there anyone here who can make small custom parts?

I need an aluminium disk 28mm diameter and about 5mm thick with a 2mm central hole. Is there anyone here who can make custom parts like this?

I'm hoping I shall be able to make things like this shortly but I'm not ready yet.  I'm about to set up a mini lathe

A good source of one off items and those hard to make/find things especially when you know what you need but can't draw or explain it, is a local  model engineering club. Just offer to give a talk on how a telescope works or general astronomy.
