I'm really not familiar with combining narrowband subs (or RGB subs) into a final image yet. I'm pretty new to AP and have only captured Ha images with my setup. It's really a shame since I own the 3nm Astrodon Ha, OIII and SII filters.

The OIII and SII data I have captured in the past has been very noisy. Perhaps collecting data through those filters implies much longer total integration times compared to Ha?

Any suggestions or tips on this would be great. Thanks.

Generally OIII and SII subs need to be long and you need a decent amount of them to help reduce the noise in the final stacked image. I try to aim for 15 in each filter as a general rule

Sometimes I think the grey scale pictures are better than the colour ones as there is no personal choice as to the colour balance; it is what it is.
