He never quite shrugged off the thick haze here today , clear blue off to the East and cloudy off to the West ....

Torrential rain forecast for the next 24 hours , so I shot a swift dozen through the gloom as I wasn't prepared to go three days without a picture .... :p

Well worth the effort, still loads to see in the image. And those spots are fabulous gathered on the corner. Something interesting coming into view at around 7 o' clock? Plenty of rain forecast for us here tomorrow. :duckie:

I could see that the focus was still nailed on the odd occasions that the histogram twitched to the right a little , it was then 'just' a matter of balancing things in post ... :p

It's one of those shots that reflect the conditions rather well , but it breaks a potential 3 day strike-out into a couple of missed days . . .

Out in the Flatlands tomorrow so at least I'll be able to see the storms approaching from afar . . .

Okay, I was wrong, tomorrow (now today) is worse. But tomorrow (unless you are reading this on Monday, in which case it was yesterday) is (was) better.

We will need to be very lucky if we get a shot today (day before).
