Moon - Full Disc

Hi all,

This time I did a more softer processing:

201 frames processed in PIPP, 120 frames stacked at Registax6 and final touches in PS.

That is a great image. The softer processing has really worked giving a sharp and natural result.

I can easely fit a full moon on my sensor, this picture is cropped.

A focal length of about 1500mm just about fills a crop sensor camera frame with the full lunar (or solar) disc. In fact, when the Moon is at perigee it's very tight to get onto the sensor.
