NGC7023 (Iris Nebula) Early season preview

A little preview of NGC 7023 the Iris nebula. This is too low to do properly at the moment, but its a good target to leave the kit running on while I grab some sleep before work.

Will likely come back to this and do it justice when it gets higher in the sky. Picture taken with Skywatcher Esprit 150ED. Not sure how many exposures involved as I took them at different orientations etc and just cropped out the centre. It's hard to get detail in the outer brown clouds at f7 and with bad light pollution from Coventry town centre!

One suggestion - try to improve the star colors

Yeah hopefully that will improve using a proper camera, ie. LRGB.
