Why do I have a feeling, when you buy this second hand scope, you need to buy the observatory and the plot of land along with it. It's probably intended for universities rather than individuals.

Incidentally, one of the speaker at Astrofest mentioned there is a large telescope + obsevatory for sale on the top of Mt Kea
