Thanks for three great wide field images Alan. I get great satisfaction from what I like to refer to as proper astro pictures. It is a personal thing, but I do really enjoy this type of image.

Hope you enjoyed your Ireland break too. Never been to Ireland, but I would like to visit her one day.

Great images Alan, reminds me why I got interested in astronomy, are you from there or is your wife?

From Enniskillen myself, lived in Omagh as a teenager, fantastic skies once you get out of the towns.

Seeing the milky way when on holiday in Donegal, just over a year ago, was one of the things that spurred me to take up this hobby. If you look at the dark sky maps, that part of the world is dark. Can't wait to go back.
