Moon and Jupiter 28-11-12 23-43 pm

The moon passing close to Jupiter last night , shot with a Canon 600D @ 100 iso through a Megrez 72 (435mm focal length)

A combination of three exposures to cope with the exposure range, moon @ 1/2000 sec, Jupiter @ 1/200 sec and Jupiters moons @ 1/2 sec.

Thanks, yes I did use a skywatcher flattener for this, it seems to work quite well with the little Megrez.

This is great. I tried to do the same thing with my 400mm camera lens. Managed to get the moon and Jupiter, but not Jupiter's moons. The ghosting from a bright moon is terrible with my 400mm lens.
