Useful as a shed too if you ever give up on the astronomy. Price looks fine at the moment, but I assume it will scoot up a bit as the close gets near.

Must say I was tempted, but have set my heart on having an observatory with a warm room.

According to the US Company7 site, the 8*8 shed costs $6,800 new, so there's potential for someone make a big saving.
