More than a bit I'd guess, looks like it has been neglected for a while and used as a storage shed for a few years.

I have watched quiet a few Observatorys on eBay and they never seem to get anywhere near what I imagine the sellers are looking to get for them, the biggest obstacle been transporting the things.
