What's in a name?

I was just wondering if any of you are as daft as me and have named your telescope?

Mine is called Brian after Brian Cox! That way I can tell everyone that I have had a night out with Brian and be telling the truth!

Since then I have acquired a larger TAL125r achromat, so thats called Big Sister and my TAL100rs is called Little Sister .

No names for my scopes except Dobbin for the lightbridge - oh there we go.... I do.

The C8 is called "Jesus" according to my wife. Everytime I lift it she hears me say "Jesus!"

Sorry never had a pet name for the 'scope...though I have sometimes called it names.

I've not named my scope... It's just called 'the scope'

I named my 8SE after Michael Wilkinson (member/moderator) because he was the one who told me about the scope while i was researching scopes about 6 months ago.

Nobody calls me Mick and gets away with it (Mike, OK, but Mick?)
