First attempt at tiling the moon

Hi All,

This was my first attempt at tiling. As I was going out that evening I took some shots while it was still daylight and used the a program that came on the last Sky at Night DVD.

I took just one shot per tile using my Celestron CPC 800, Basic x2 Barlow (don't know what make it is.... it got thrown in by the Guy selling me the scope) and my Canon E350D. I had to shrink down the un-processed image as it was too big for the Isee web site.

Unprocessed:

Processed:

Suggestions always welcome :)

Thats a jolly good attempt, and it has come out quite well. As already suggested, a bit overexposed, but on the whole you have got them knitted together very well.

Ron. :)

That's a mighty fine first attempt at a mosaic Elijah, as the others have said it's slighty OE, but it's wonderful and sharp!!

I hope you don't mind, but I've had a little play with your processed image, to take the brightness down a little and highlight those wonderful rays. :)
