New Imaging Rig

Finaly got a replacement ED80, so now have a triple barreled shooting rig.

Comprising of:

ED80 pro + QHY9 mono CCD and filter wheel LRGB +Ha

ED80 pro + QHY9 one shot colour

ST80 guide cam +QHY5

NEQ6 mount

Enough cable to re-wire the entire house and 2 laptops

Some rocket fuel,short wings, a tail assembly and you'll have a mini space shuttle launch. Nice setup!

Only got it cobbled together this morning...have yet to get it all lined up...but yes the plan is to image the same target 1 for Lum or Ha/ narrowband, the other for RGB....well thats the plan.

Really? Feels nice to have the eyeball to the ep, at least for me. Feels more real I'm usually using the Dob when the camera's capturing.
