Theophilus & Cyrillus Explorer 150p, Asi 224mc, IR 850nm Pass, 3x Barlow. Best 20% of 2000 frames in As3, Registax, PS. I see I have some miss-stacked frames, and no longer have the avi to try stacking it again, so much for keeping the F: drive tidy! 🤦♂️ Thanks for looking!

You can sometimes easily remove the green tint in one click with a plugin for PS and Affinity, Hasta La Vista, Green, from: https://www.deepskycolors.com/archivo/2010/04/26/hasta-La-Vista-Green.html As mentioned by AstroMuni, the new GHT (generalised hyperbolic transform) tool in Siril is way better than just levels and curves. Nice result already with your last image above! -

Only explanation I have seen is this, from: https://webbtelescope.org/contents/media/images/2022/038/01G7JGTH21B5GN9VCYAHBXKSD1 Color Info These images are a composite of separate exposures acquired by the James Webb Space Telescope using the NIRCam instrument. Several filters were used to sample broad wavelength ranges. The color results from assigning different hues (colors) to each monochromatic (grayscale) image associated with an individual filter. In this case, the assigned colors are: Red: F444W Orange: F356W Green: F200W + F277W Blue: F090W + F150W Compass Image
