  6. thanks for reply I am using it for DSO so doing long exposures I recently added efw filter wheel and checked weight and found it overweight it obviously was before the wheel I do make sure it is well balanced and it seems fine with guiding was just worried it might put a strain on the motors and gears and breaking something. David
  7. I have just realised that I am over the payload limit on my NEQ6 for imaging it is 18Kg I am now at 20Kg after adding extras I do balance 3 ways as I have a side by side set up but just wanted to see if others would worry about the extra 2Kg or am I worrying unduly thanks for any help David
