    Tried to find m51 tonight using my Celestine 5se, used the go-to but no luck. Everything else was found easy Jupiter, Polaris etc so I'm guessing there's too much light pollution to see it with a 5" scope??

      yup any sort of LP will just wash it right out. you should still see the cores though
