I wonder if the clouds will go away if I remove the dust from my telescopes? But most likely it will start to rain...

"there lie-ing" the soothsayers said there would be clear skys thismorrning, what a thing to do on Christmas eve eh.  I was so looking forward to imaging the blank sol today to hit my target of 215 disc this year. I'm gonna sulk for 10min now.

Up early this morning so grabbed White Light and Ca-K data before work

Weather forecast for blue skies up in East Yorkshire for the Mercury transit tomorrow. Yippee!  

Batteries charged, mount polar aligned,white light solar filters made and fitted and laptop clock synchronised with atomic clock. Come on Mercury!  I'm up for it and prepared.
