Deleting "in use" USB Ports

Found a great little guide re. deleting the plethora of "in use" ports that can develop when you repeatedly plug devices into USB Ports. Y'know, when you find that EQMod needs to connect to Port 25, but only allows Ports 1-16? A nifty trick, once learned!

Thanks for the link .... I had lost this too, and with umpteen devices connected via hubs into virtual COM ports it can be a nightmare when you start 'losing' ports.
