Deleting "in use" USB Ports

Found a great little guide re. deleting the plethora of "in use" ports that can develop when you repeatedly plug devices into USB Ports. Y'know, when you find that EQMod needs to connect to Port 25, but only allows Ports 1-16? A nifty trick, once learned! :p

Thank you for that :) Very useful - think I've seen it before but I lost it. Overcomes one of the stupidities of Windows very effectively :)
