Jupiter in broad daylight . . . and why not . . .

Just finished shooting the Moon at 4pm and thought I'd slew over to Jupiter as he was nearby . . . :rolleyes:

Couldn't pick him out with the binocular but the Canon got him just fine. . . . :laugh:

Really pleased with the result , even got Ganymede on the left and Europa on the right if you look really close . . . :grin: . . . not too shabby on the warmest , sunniest afternoon of the year so far . . .

Nice capture Steve, it makes a change from your excellent solar pictures. I like pictures of the moon taken on a cool crisp morning in clear blue sky, like your picture of Jupiter they look really spectacular.

That's cool ! .. nice detail :)

I might be biased here but I do love a nice blue sky, none of these alien red, green or whatever colour skies you see in the sci-fi movies. Blue all the way for me, infact Earth's colour scheme is amazing.
