First picture with new toucam

This is the best I could managed, in between the clouds and with everything getting covered in dew.

I must say I wasn't prepared for just how difficult it it to get focus while looking at a laptop screen! Still, practice makes perfect.

P.S. I do believe this pic is the same area of the moon as Kain's 3rd pic in his post tonight - just not as good!

well thats a darn good start Legion, yes ok , it takes a little time to get used to focus , and also the processing , last night was a very good example of super conditions for moon imaging , well at least where i was in Essex. very still ,so focussing was pretty easy , but beware ,it gets worse, so keep at it , take note when boiling starts , then just dont bother ,lol very good start

Yup - as you say Legion; practice makes perfect, but that looks like a good start to me 8) Keep at it. T'was just nice to get out last night though eh? Hope we get more chances soon
