I think it means "What Have You" and is used when a trade is a possibility ?. I might be wrong in that - I'm not the quickest at getting these TLA's (Three Letter Achronyms)

i haven't seen that acronmym before, but "what have you" makes no sense, unless part of a question "W.H.Y had for breakfast this week?".....is that the context in which it's used (but not always for breakfast interrogation)
