12'x8' Obsy squeeze a warm room in?

Hi all,

We are having our garden finally landscaped and I am going to take this opertunity to fit an obsy with a roll of roof (modified pent).

The plan is to use a 12' x 8' shed, 8' x 8' of which solely for the scope and pier and a 8' x 4' warm room. Would this be an OK size for the warm room?

Space is a bit limited and would probably have a lawn mower as company too!

My obsy is 9x6, 6x6 open and 3x6 "warm room" - actually it's just a covered part of the obsy, but will eventually be turned into a room!

There's me (and there is a lot of me!) desk and shelving unit.

That would be ample for a warm room! I only have a 6x6 metal shed and there ain't much space!

That's a huge warm room, mine is 7x2, tiny worktop and chair but how much room do you need to sit down at the lap top? Kind of wish it was a tad bigger at times though.

Well, my PLANS are to partition a basic 10' x 6' space. Since a 6(7)' x 6' seems adequate for ONE scope... the rest can be for me? I imagine creating an "inner box", with ceiling, possibly with climatic control, for storing the less-hardy stuff...
