This is another ive been working on......ive found it quite difficult to get a good colour balance...... the green channel seemed to have bloated stars, i think caused by haze. I may have to look at this one again

exposure time was 60mins each in H-alpha and Red 42mins in Green and 53mins in Blue

Well what ever problem you may have had with the data certainly isn't apparent in the final image. Another fine image from the Shah stable

Colour seems fine to me Peter, it still knocks the spots off any of my efforts!

thanks everyone.....im probably being over picky with it..here is a crop at 150% if you look closely you can see green rings around some of the stars, which was caused by the haze bloating the starsin the green channel.....as i pushed the green channel it got worse, so i couldnt push it as far as i wanted to.... ive tried to hide it as much as possible.....i will get some new green data for it at some point

Deep balanced colour in an object so faint that it is all but invisible in a very large amateur instrument. You might not appreciate this by looking at Peter' s image...
