Well today Ian came into my works and offered to lend me his 15x85 apollos.

Now these are big,and there heavy,and im hopefully gonna try them tonight.

Heres a pic of me holding them in work,just had to get this shot,i know im gonna want to buy some of these after tonight

No there not,just for the pic,just had a quick look at m31 through them to compare with the opticron 8x42 the other night,wow even with this misty night with haze it jumped out at me,i didnt even have to try.

There greaaaaat up to now.

Hi Gaz

I am diddling fine now I have a group of peeps to share my hobby with.

I have just become a member of the NLOS , link In sig., and have met some great people there. It is a out 30 miles away but I am free most weekends anyway so it's not too bad.

Had my first imaging session with them last week and it was great due to dark skies and 360 degree views.

Getting used to my setup now so hopefully I can start to get some good results soon.

Glad to see you are still trying out plenty of kit and keeping us informed of your views through them.

lol yeh the angle of the shot makes them look pretty kewl.

There very good though,tried them on m31 last night and it blew me away,very prominent indeed.
