How much better is the Tal2x Barlow compared to the Skywatcher one ?

Hello Sarah, personally I dont think the SW is that bad but I recently purchased the Tal from FLO and its exactly as described, fantastic optics and bombproof constructions. Its definitly worth that little bit extra

i have both, TAL is absolutely brill... SW is good but TAl beats it hands down.. feels nice and sturdy too...i liked it so much i bought the x3 as well!!!!

Same here, except for the OO shorty 2x that only cost 20 earth quidses and is at least as good as the TAL 2x

I really rated mine and the only reason I sold it was because I needed a barlow that would work with my 2" EP's as well as my 1.25" EP's.

I have always found E-bay a good source for gear...

If you can wait, you may get a steal.. I managed to nab the 2x tal for £5.50...had to hang on for about 4 weeks though till the right deal came along but definatley worth it...
