Amazing new Nikon eyepieces...

Don't know how many here saw it, but there was this great link here <click> on CN recently which showed some amazing new eyepieces under development at Nikon. The text in that link is computer-translated, and so is often nonsense.

I particularly like the photo of the eyepieces in people's hands - they're HUGE!

As to price?

Anyone like to guess at this point?

I reckon - including their additional barlow lens (which may be optional) - these are probably not going to give you much change from £1000 each in my opinion...

The Nikon Nav SW's are priced at $560 each in the US (don't know if they have made it over here yet ?) so those are going to be in the $800-$1000 range I would have thought.

They are huge, that 17mm makes my Ethos 17 look small by comparison.

Yes, and they have entered during 2" sleep entirely... lol, that's the best babelfish I've seen.
