12V 2.1mm angled cigar cable

I can't seem to find any supplier for a replacement 12V power cable for my ATiK16ic. It has an angle type 2.1mm plug and the usual cigar 12V at the other end.

Anyone know where I can find one?? (Tried FLO/ Modern Astronomy)

Try caravan and camping suppliers - they have a whole range of ciggy cables and connectors for attaching stuff. Or Astronomiser or Maplins

Yeah..tried all the usual suspects including Astromiser and Maplins.

The nearest I could find was to buy a 240V transformer and cut the wire and add a 12V cigar plug........

I have one that was sold as a laptop 12v power cable that was intended to plug into your car. It has a 2.1 right angle plug on one end and a regular cigar type plug on the other. It also has a built in voltage regulator to keep the output at 12v.

Decent angled plugs are hard to source. I put one together for my HEQ5 but the quality of the angled plug was so poor I gave up with it. The cover to the plug kept dropping off cos its just a compression fit thing and not terribly good.

Here's a photo of the one I bought a couple of years ago. It's a DC to DC regulated power cable with a 2.1mm right angled plug. Unfortunately it hasn't got a brand name or part number on it.
