As so often on this forum, I'm staggered by the quality of images that can be captured with amateur equipment today. Not so long ago you would have needed a massive rig costing thousands to get that nebulosity.

Agreed and its all down to the imager and his technique in this case.

Thanks Rog, it does look more natural your right, i looked again at the first processed image and thought it was over saturated and

a bit of a mess(Guess thats what ya get processing with one eye open at 3.00am or whatever time it was :wink:), so i re editted it taking more time and care over each RGB channel..

Iam pleased with it now :grin:

Thank you CC, i didnt use any filters at all it's just prime focus with my Canon 300D and ED80. Find it odd you couldnt get any Neb with ya Neb filter how strange is that :shock:? unless it's purely visual and not photographic....
