My 1st proper go at this one. Very misty conditions reduced definition but I was determined to bag this one with the Meade

2 hours ISO800 with 1000d (modded), through Meade 127 ED Triplet no flattener or reducer. Flats darks etc. Some cropping, not a massive amount of processing cos the misty subs wont stand up to it.

Im happy with it but now I am determioned to give it another go if I ever get better conditions.

There's always something special about your first HHN....

I'm deliberately avoiding the Orion Nebs at the moment as i got reasonable data last year so I am catchign up on other targets which havent had the 6 hour+ treatment...

its a difficult target from the uk at the best of time....haze certainly will make it a challenge

Thanks chaps, was hoping to do this one again tonight but the mist has set in here. Scope has a nice crust of ice on it at the moment as well.
