Another splendid Image Nick. The surface looks very smooth in this one. Almost as if it had been polished. Just the impression I get, so you can ignore me.:)

One other point though. If you liken the black shadows in the craters to the Umbra of a Sun Spot, there appears to be a penumbra too. Is that real, or a process anomaly.

A processing artefact Ron. You'll see it on a lot of Lunar images where there is high-contrast. If anyone knows a way of avoiding it during processing, I would be interested to hear...
