Hello from sunny Fenland

Hello,

Just 17 days to go before I hit the big 40 and I'm planning to celebrate by finally buying a telescope. I've spent a year or so using binoculars, mainly for looking at the Moon, Pleiades etc... and would like to take the next step.

Had a great time last night using the binos to observe Jupiter and managed to see it's moons too.

Current plan is to go for a Sky-Watcher Explorer 200P
