Astrosurface free software.

Hi guys and gels

Anybody else using free software called astrosurface it's like 3 programs all rolled into one photoshop registax and autostakkert. And very easy to use.

Yes I've found thd software fine and now have removed PIPP, Astrostakkert and  Registax from my pc.

I'm still in two minds about it. Recent solar images haven't turned out as well as the usual ways.

 

Wouldn't mind seeing a button to quickly colour Solar images....😁

I'm trying to0 use it on a full disc moon image. I can't get pas the detect /roi stage to get to register. Nothing happens when I click those buttons. Any suggestions anyone?

Double click on the image and set the green box to the size of your image and click okay.

I've just  double clicked the image then drawn a draw box round it but it doesn't stay there when I release the mouse and the Analyse section stays greyed out.
