If anything was going to convince me to fit a hyperstar to my 14 inch this is it

I see you used a 16HR.

Did you remove it each time you changed filters, and put the filter in the nosepiece?

What an excellent Image this is. One of the finest of M51 I have seen. You must have some exceptional sky conditions in Greece.

That's a great image. It is sharp with rich, deep colour and a wonderful halo. Like Rob I'm curious about how you changed the filters. There used to be slide-in filter systems and I wonder if they would work with the Hyperstar.

Rog, I think the 14" helped ... your supposed to be able to get away with a DSLR on the hyperstars with the bigger SCT's....

Fantastic resolution you've got there, excellent stuff!

I'd love a hyperstar for my 10" LX90, my roll off shed would smash it off the corrector plate though!
