Wow.... Newquay airport has come on a lot since I used to live there... my dad was based there on Nimrods and Shackletons, when it was RAF St. Mawgan of course 😀

Really cool that we might be (re)entering the space race 🤞

Indeed. Having looked at the links and maps I’m now actually pretty excited. I could not be better placed. And luckily it’s mid summer so very little chance of cloud :(

I’d expect they’d want to lift it up as high as they they can… so hopefully above any los(ish) level wetness… of course if there are any thundery clouds out there they’ll want to give them a wide berth. So looks like you won’t see anything… clear in London, but probably too far away to see.
