Newbie From Pembrokeshire (West Wales)

Started my astro journey last xmas.

Since that time, from scratch i have accrued the following equipment.

Canon 6D MK 1

Sigma 20mm 1.4

Canon 50mm 1.8

Samyang 135mm F2

Started with a MSM tracker, then purchased a Skywatcher Star Adventurer (Still in the box) as i rushed in and should have got an HEQ5. Anyway thats my story so far, given i live in a bortle 3, with 2 about 30 minutes away, when i moved here from Essex i couldn't not take advantage of the dark skies, this was my 1st image from my back garden with the Sigma and MSM

Thanks for the kind welcome. It's all very new to me DSO. Used to the MSM and the relative simplicity of the milky way.

Hi! I’m from Pembrokeshire also albeit I am not living there at the moment as I am in Oxford for work but I’m going back this Christmas as I miss the place dearly it’s so beautiful ain’t it?
