FLO is offering the StellaLyra 80 degree eyepieces now.  Cajen2 gave a very unbiased review on them which was very positive and indicated that they hit well above their price point.  They are worth a look at least.

A roll of black electrician’s tape is very inexpensive to sort the bright colour, or is it the whole design you don’t like?

Almost the whole thing unfortunately, but I do love the huge eye lens.

Not that I wish to undercut anyone 😅 but in the field those kerfs, the extra grippy rubber covering and the ability to switch to 2“ without an adaptor (and obviously the giant eye lens and eye relief extensions) are remarkably useful and more than make up for the ugliness. 

The glow-in-the-dark writing is completely useless though.
