Hi Mark. I think i can do better. But its starting to show its potential ( the setup) Mild Jetstream was on the UK. But i had good levels good focus. Its really helped cut through. the so so seeing. I cant wait for good seeing. Next month now, But its really good fun.

Outstanding Neil!!!   More was captured than a "fair bit".   In this so-so seeing you are still getting more than I ever have.  lol   Really liking the processing.  :)

Socked in now since my last stuff.....  supposed to be a clearing in early AM tomorrow.  Fingers crossed....

Hi Mike i think its the optics and focal length thats doing it

1/10th wave primary. 1/30TH Wave Antares secondary Mirror. Good Newtonians are probably the best. Resolution and sharpness. I am into planetary Newtonians. But you dont get too many. The F 6.3 Focal length helps with this 245mm. Better than F5 you usually see.

8"F6 would be good. 6 " F8 on the smaller scale.  C9.25. Or C11 might be up your street. Especially the C9.25. Size does matter. No jokes
