The Lazy Astronomer
4(!!!) Clear nights in a row, and over the weekend (so no worries about being up late), but a big fat bright moon spoiling the fun
John
It's surprising how often that seems to happen !
rob_r
That does seem to happen quite often. That said, there is a favourable libration for Mare Orientale so I'll be pointing my scope at that. Glorious clear skies here at the moment!
Clarkey
At least your sky is actually clear. Its meant to be clear here but still cloudy. Seems to be standard at the moment....

Mr Thingy
It's supposed to clear here later but that will be too late for me, but thankfully it's supposed to be clear tomorrow night and Saturday night. I'm going to get as much imaging in as possible and some observing too. Edited February 25, 2021 by Mr Thingy

Chefgage
Seems to happen to me in my area as well. Very rare to get a clear night with no moon. That's why my Ha filter seems to get the most use. Got a couple of hours on the heart and soul nebula during last night's nearly full moon. rickwayne
I was gonna say: Narrowband, homies. Chuck on that hydrogen-alpha filter and you're laughing.
