Very mushy seeing on jupiter in the early hours, But amazingly one degree or so higher saturn faired much better. I persisted with the data of jupiter as I was experimenting with different settings.

I'm still non the Wiser.

You pulled out a half decent image there Martyn despite the  cruddy seeing, as you know I gave up with it to be honest , well done !

I agree, Saturn had much more discernible detail last night as compared to Jupiter.  Having them so close together makes batting between them quite easy.   

You have caught some nice features that are eluding my C8Edge / 224mc  combo at the moment.
