My modded 12inch f4

Hi all, posting pic of my setup. A modded orion optics uk 12inch f4 Newtonian. Also pics of the mods. New moonlight focuser with adapted skywatcher electric focuser,  usb controllable primary mirror fan,  inside tube digital temperature display, replacement losmandy dovetail bars, flocked inside of tube and 70mm guide scope.

Only just beginning too after all the mods with a canon modded 1000d camera. Image of M42 is just a screen shot of 30 seconds. Not had time to process all the data yet. Promising first light though.

You have a nice big aperture! Looks like you need a coma corrector?

Yes, I have one, only just getting everything set up, including the mount settings and wifi control, phd, etc, so huge learning curves, lol.

I have the same scope !

Just visual though.

I've done a few small mods myself : new focuser was the first thing i changed.

Probably going to change the tube and spider next.
