Idas D2 first light Orion

First light with the IDAS D2 ,canon modded  1000D,SW 200pds  approx 14x 180 subs, 38 flats ,Dithered ,no darks ,guided,Eq6 pro,  quick process in startools ,ignore plane trail i will sort that in a later process

A with and without filter comparison would be nice, I am assuming that you have heavy LED light pollution.

Yes our whole county is LED ,here is a previous image without taken a few weeks back 10x120 sec approx,

They both look equally as good I've got The same set up and I live in Desborough. Great effort. Except I use an Astronomik CLS clip filter or an Astronomik UHC clip filter which is great when the moon is up.

Yes it will be nice to see what it’s like once the moon is out of the way
