Cheeky little plane transit

I was surprised by this one as I was capturing stills, so given the speed the chances are much reduced. Especially when the intervalometer is doing the work and you're keeping an eye on the camera so you don't know it's coming! The stack for a proper image is cooking at the moment.

An app called Plane Finder for iOS. I paid for it but it's worth the money, has all the features you'll ever need if you've an interest in aviation.

Nice capture, I done think I have seen a Plane transit the Moon, let alone image one.

Nice capture John. Living where I do I see a few crossing the sun and moon. Their jetwash trashes the seeing for a few minutes and it normally scares the life out of me!
