astroavani
Still far from the ideal conditions but already showing what we can get this year. What I'm liking is that the planet is already reaching a very good altitude for my latitude (-30ºS), in this photo was 75º and the rest is due to being clear day which causes a lot of contrast due to the background of the sky blue. I think that in another month or two when I can shoot with this elevation still at night, it will improve a lot, since you can already see many details in the bands and bands.https://www.astrobin.com/333435/0/?nc=astroavani
Pete Presland
Lovely image Avani, oh to have the planets at that altitude.
astroavani
In high altitude lunar and planetary photography as well as seeing is a very important factor, unless your site has an extremely privileged seeing as Atacama or expensive Pyrenees Peter.
