Finally managed to beat my Ca-K data into submission! All went well until I tried to process the prom. I think there may have been a tree branch blow across the field of view during the capture. AS!2, AS!3 and Registax all failed to stack the data. Eventually had to convert the ser to avi, cut out the section with the interference, export as an avi and then process with AS!3. Bit of a faff, suffice to say I will be seeing to the problem tree branch later!
