All set up for first session in ages

or more specifically, the first nighttime session. What with work, weather, twilight and other things it's not been possible to have a proper session for nearly 3 months!

First outing for the Starwave and AZ5 tonight. Milky Way sights here I come!

To be honest, although the nights are getting longer, it will still be a few Months before we reach proper astronomical darkness, up here, but when it arrives and I get the scope away from home, its truly amazing. (.......away from home due to street lighting, but a change to LED's is afoot, just a waiting game for now!) An early resolution is to make more of an effort this Year, weather, and work permitting.

I even spoke to someone today who is a member of the local astro club, maybe I'll take a peek.
