best way to check dust bunnies are gone

hi all last imaging session had some dust bunnies and as the weather is bad im going to give the telescope a clean but what is the best way to check for bunnies without waiting for the dark ie during the day,what images show the bunnies up best

thanks john never taken a flat with sgp but have a huion panel which im now going to try. whats the rough setup in sgp to take a flat anyone

managed to get aflat of some sort showing the problem ,just not sure where to start looking

May be the dust bunny is on your imaging device, what are you using?

Yep time For a blow I think,do you think it's  on the camera

I only have a dslr no idea about CCD or filters. Hopefully someone will comment who has similar equipment.

It probably sits on the window in front of your sensor by the looks of it. This: http://www.lenspen.com/?cPath=_1&products_id=NSKLK-1&tpid=323  will help you clean the window (or filter or sensor).
Use the loupe to locate exactly where it is. Then use the lenspen to get it of. Works great and is very simple.
