CdC & Jupiter's outer satellites

I have CdC set up to show "faint satellites" (Setup > Solar system > 'show faint satellites of the outer planets' [checked]), but this post suggests that, for Jupiter, only the innermost 8 moons (including the Galileans) are on the database.

Does anyone know if it is possible to add the orbital elements of the outer moons somewhere, to get them to display as well, and, if so, how to go about it?
