Easiest targets for tonight?

It looks like it could be clear skies here tonight so I would like to get out and do a bit of imaging with my ED80 and DSLR. I'm a bit rusty at this (haven't done it for a few years) and I would also like to get my wife involved so don't want to be stood around taking loads of multiple exposures.

So what would be the easiest 2 or 3 targets tonight which would require the least processing and stacking?

For my first target I'm thinking probably M31 Andromeda Galaxy.

If it was winter, I'd obviously say M42 Orion nebula.

M13, if you've got a view.

M31 is the easiest

M45 if you are up late.

Double cluster in Perseus is an easy one. M13 will be a little small in a DSLR/ED80 for a real wow factor I reckon. M31 is a good shout, although it is quite awkward I find. Simply pointing at Sadr/Deneb is going to show up huge star fields and some nebulosity if you don't feel like spending hours trying to frame something.
