Plato & Imbrium this morning

I had about 20 minutes this morning before heading off to work and took a series of panels which I will stitch and post later.

This was part of one of the panels a single shot 1/160th, ISO400 on a mod'd Canon 450D with a 2.5x Powermate on my 9.25SCT in the obsy. The seeing was pretty good again.

I love this region of the Moon, as the Sun rises and sets it is constantly revealing different and subtle details.

Single shot?  No "luck" involved there!  Every time I look at the Moon, its different--kind of like waves at the beach--never the same.
