MAK 150 eye piece selection

Taking into account the EP's I Already have, is it worth considering the Baader Hyperion 8-24 mm click stop Zoom to use with the Skymax 150.? Have any Mak owners any experience of this EP. I am looking at being lazy here. It has a reasonable write up in reviews. Any guidance greatfully received.

I will stick my neck out and say no need,

I have revelation 2" 42mm , 32mm plossl 25mm plossl 18mm vixen lanthanum, 15mm superview, 12mm vixen and 9mm antares ortho hd i hate to say it but i have heard of problems with the baader zoom

At 185 pounds new from FLO, I would have thought you'd be better off adding two or three fixed EPs to your existing collection. But this does rather depend on your observing preferences and targets

I'll go against the flow... I have the Baader zoom for my 127 Mak and I love it. It allows you to find the sweet spot based on atmospheric conditions when you're on planets.
